What Focus Care is

Focus Care is a compliance software product for IDD and DSP care providers, currently under development. This website exists to share information about the product and collect interest from potential users before launch.

Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, subscription, or service agreement. The product does not yet exist in a form available for use.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. We will notify you when Focus Care becomes available. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or any specific feature set.

We reserve the right to change, delay, or cancel the product at any time before launch. If we decide not to launch, we will notify waitlist members and delete their contact information.

Acceptable use

You may use this site for its intended purpose: learning about Focus Care and joining the waitlist. You may not use it to scrape data, submit false information, probe for vulnerabilities, or do anything that would interfere with normal site operation.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Focus Care name, logo, copy, and design, belongs to Focus Care LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without written permission.

No warranties

This site is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of product descriptions, or that the final product will match what is described here. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Focus Care LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on any information presented here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Focus Care LLC is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
