Focus Care is a compliance software product for IDD and DSP providers, currently in development. This policy covers how we handle information collected through this website, specifically the waitlist signup form.

We keep this short on purpose. You deserve to know what we collect and why, without wading through pages of legal filler.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. That is the only piece of information we ask for.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any data about your organization at this stage.

How we use it

Your email goes into our waitlist. We will use it to notify you when Focus Care launches and to send updates about the product as we build it. We will not send you unrelated promotions or sell your address to anyone.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click removes you from all future communications.

Who else sees your data

We use Resend to store and deliver email. Your address is stored in a Resend Audience. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/privacy. We do not share your information with any other third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If Focus Care does not launch, we will delete all waitlist data within 90 days of that decision.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email us at the address below and we will respond within 5 business days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics at this time. We may add analytics before launch and will update this policy when we do.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify waitlist members by email.
